JOB RESPONSIBILITY

  • Managing merchant panel of leading ecommerce web sites like flipkart.com, Snapdeal.com, Amazon.in, Paytm.com, Indiamart.com, Tradeindia.com, ebay.in etc
  • Orders processing and operation activity on daily basis.
  • Managing the relationship with Key account manager, building strong communication channels at all levels of the organization, set proper expectations, provide clear status communications and manage towards a growth plan.
  • Listing and cataloguing products on daily Basis for different sites.
  • Sales analysis of the different products on weekly basis, analyzing the trends and forecasting demand.
  • Keeping track on the inventory level and Pricing of the products listed on the portals.
  • Allocating stocks and making PO’s for the same.
  • Coordinate with financial depart about daily basis sales and all payment related issue.
  • Managing Returns and replacements.
  • Manage CRM Software, to add and update data of parties.
  • To create & Share weekly and monthly SPR reports.
  • Supervise Packaging and Dispatch
  • Customer Care
  • Order Tracking
  • Stock Management
  • Accounts

SKILL SET REQUIRED


  • Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing
  • Thorough Knowledge of MS Office tools and MS Excel.
  • Flexible in environments requiring, ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects.
  • Proven relationship-builder with unsurpassed interpersonal skills.
  • Resourceful team player that helps me to get along with others and contribute in fulfillment of group goals
  • Advance Internet Knowledge
  • Basic HTML for creating newsletter, Ebay Pages etc. 
  • Basic Image Editing (Photoshop)
  • Good Mathematics
ELIGIBILITY
  • Any Undergraduate/Postgraduate with working experience in same industry.
